1st International Summer School
Welcome to the 1st International Summer School on Scientific writing within the GeoUS Horizon 2020 project. The summer school will take place on August 22-27, 2021.
The summer school will focus on general skills, such as systematic literature reviewing, important steps in writing scientific papers to be published in top international peer-reviewed journals, or the outline of steps in the innovation chain from research to adoption.
The summer school is intended primarily for early-stage researchers but will also be open to other students. You can look forward to the lectures, workshops, and a webinar led by experienced researchers from Fraunhofer Institute in Chemnitz, the University of Vaasa, and the VSB - Technical University of Ostrava.
Based on the current government regulations in related to COVID-19, we expect that the summer school will take place in VSB campus in the presence of all lecturers and students.
